7 Days easy Return/Exchange
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- For returns/exchanges, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Custom products are not fully refundable in production
- Secondary returns are not accepted
- Returns/Exchanges of Goods We Accept: Goods arrive with quality problems. Due to subjective factors such as not liking the arrival of the product, buying too much, or buying the wrong one, we can also refuse to request a return for a refund.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for items: swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and pajamas, earrings and accessories that come in direct contact with the skin.
- Shipping and coupon discounts on the original order are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Precautions
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Please do not return to the address on the package. The correct return address is subject to the customer service notification.
(Our return warehouse is in North America, and the return address is close to the principle.)
- Return shipping is borne by the customer
- The final package shows that it has been signed but the customer feedback has not been received. Kistania is happy to verify the delivery status of the package for you, but is not responsible for the loss of such packages. You can contact the final shipping company to make a claim.
- For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
How to return the order
For orders with abnormal transportation, you can contact us for verification in time. If the package in transit is confirmed to be lost, we will reissue or refund it for you according to your wishes.
For other scenario, you can contact us for inquiry (firstname.lastname@example.org). we will not accept any unannounced returns.
